FAQ’s

  • Monday lunch, Tuesday lunch, Wednesday lunch are included along with substantial snacks throughout each day. A list of restaurants is included in the conference guidebook for dinner arrangements.

  • Gluten free and vegetarian snack and lunch alternatives are provided upon request as you go through the lunch lines. Please note, although every attempt is made to avoid cross-contamination, gluten free food is not prepared in a fully gluten-free kitchen. For any other dietary restrictions (nut, dairy, etc.) you may consider providing your own food.

  • After missing the Covid years, yes, host dinners are back! Families from Calvary Chapel Merritt Island would love to open their homes on Monday or Tuesday evening to provide dinner and a time of fellowship for conference attendees. These are “by faith” meals where the emphasis is on Christian fellowship more than the food. So dietary restrictions etc. are not addressed. How to sign up? A host dinner option is included on the conference registration page. If you request and are approved for a host dinner, you will be given your host’s details at Check-In. Please make sure you attend as someone will have gone to the trouble of preparing a meal for you.

  • This conference does not have "sponsors." Instead, a designated Resource Area is available for approximately 20 ministries to be featured with display tables which are manned during all breaks. This Resource Area is provided as a service to those attendees who may be interested in visiting it, which they are encouraged to do during longer breaks. This area is not located in the Main Sanctuary but is in the Mezzanine overlooking the lunch area in an adjacent building called "35 North". The ministries in the Resource Area are listed in the attendee guidebook. Speaking opportunities are not available. A table request link is provided on the conference homepage. As of January 25 that has been removed. The Resource Area is full.

  • You are encouraged to preorder your t-shirt to guarantee size and style availability. A limited number of extra shirts are made available on a first-come, first-served basis.
